"Mickey Mouse on Hand Car", 1960s, TN (Modern Toys), Japan, box is 8.25 x 10", b/o bump-n-go tin w/ vinyl head; when we tested it, it turned on & made lots of noise, but didn’t move; o/w, NM in C7 box w/ insert.
